Become a key player in shaping the future of global HR and payroll services. /p h3About the role: /h3 pThe HR Payroll Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of managed payroll services (MPS) for international clients. /p pThis role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, manages client relationships, and drives continuous improvement in payroll operations. /p pThe Payroll Operations Manager acts as the main escalation point for payroll issues, collaborates closely with Payroll Country Leads, and supports the professional development of the payroll team. /p h3Which tasks can you expect? /h3 ul liLead and manage the HR payroll operations team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in line with contractual scope and SLAs. /li liMaintain and strengthen client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for payroll service delivery. /li liPrepare and present payroll performance reports and KPIs in monthly client review meetings. /li liMonitor and manage service level credits, ensuring SLA compliance and addressing deviations. /li liAct as an escalation point for unresolved payroll issues, ensuring effective resolution in line with general standards.



/li liCollaborate with the Global Process Owners, Payroll Country Leads and other stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. /li liOversee staffing, recruitment, and onboarding for the payroll operations team. /li liConduct regular team evaluations, provide feedback, and support ongoing professional development. /li liSupport the development and delivery of training materials and programs for payroll staff. /li liFoster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team. /li liDevelop a mindset of continuous improvement within the team. /li liEnsure compliance with global and local payroll regulations and standards. /li liCoordinate team-impacting projects to achieve defined results. /li /ul h3What do you have to offer? /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in HR/payroll operations, preferably in an international or MPS/BPO environment. /li liStrong understanding of HR/payroll processes, compliance, and regulations (global payroll standards). /li liExperience in managing client relationships and delivering payroll services to multinational clients. Familiarity with SLAs, KPI measurement, and reporting. /li liDemonstrated leadership skills, including team development and performance management. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including adaptability in dynamic environment. /li liExperience in Change Management, planning, communication,
