ppAt Factorial, we’re looking for a Pricing Packaging Specialist to help us run and scale how we price, package and monetize our products across general markets. /ppPricing is one of the most powerful levers for our growth. As our Pricing Packaging function matures, we need a hands-on, analytical operator who can turn pricing strategy into well-executed, well-measured decisions, keeping our projects, data and dashboards in great shape so the team can move fast and with confidence. /ppReady to be part of the challenge? /ph3About the role /h3pReporting directly to the Head of Pricing Packaging, you will be the operational backbone of the team. Your core mission is to own the analytical, reporting and project-coordination work that keeps pricing initiatives running smoothly, freeing up leadership to focus on strategy and stakeholder management. /ppYou’ll work with large volumes of commercial and product data, build and maintain the dashboards the team relies on, and use SQL to get to raw data when you need to. You will collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing and the CEO Office, and your work will have a direct, measurable impact on Factorial’s top-line growth. /ph3What will you be doing /h3h3Analytics reporting /h3ulliBuild and maintain pricing dashboards that track performance of plans, modules and packaging across markets, channels and customer segments. /liliWork with large, complex datasets from our data lake and commercial systems, querying raw data with SQL, cleaning it, and turning it into clear, decision-ready analysis. /liliRun pricing and packaging analyses (scenario modelling, price elasticity, bundle/mix analysis, win/loss and conversion deep-dives) to support pricing decisions and go-to-market launches. /liliMonitor the team’s core KPIs and proactively flag trends, anomalies and opportunities to the Head of Pricing Packaging. /li /ulh3Operational project support /h3ulliOwn pricing change logistics, coordinating execution across Product, Finance, RevOps and Customer teams so changes ship on time and without errors. /liliMaintain project timelines, documentation and trackers for multiple concurrent pricing initiatives, ensuring milestones and action items are followed up. /liliPrepare status reports and executive-ready materials that translate complex pricing data into clear updates for leadership and stakeholders. /liliKeep the pricing catalogue and source-of-truth documentation accurate as plans, bundles and add-ons evolve.
/liliProactively identify risks and blockers and propose mitigations to keep initiatives on track. /li /ulh3KPI’s you will work with /h3ulliNew MRR: the primary measure of revenue impact from pricing and packaging changes /liliARPU (per deal and per new customer): whether our packaging increases value captured per account /liliWin Rate and Lead-to-Deal conversion: how pricing and packaging affect commercial acceptance /liliNew Customers and Pipeline: balancing value capture against volume /liliAcquisition efficiency (CPL, CPD) and Paid/Organic spend: ensuring pricing improves unit economics, not just topline /li /ulpThe job is to read these as a trade-off between value capture, conversion and acquisition efficiency, never one metric in isolation. /ph3Tools environment /h3pYou’ll operate in a modern, data-rich stack. We don’t expect mastery of every tool, but you should be comfortable getting hands‑on: /pulliData analytics: SQL on our data lake, BI dashboards, spreadsheet modelling (Excel/Sheets); exposure to product analytics (Amplitude), CRM data (HubSpot) and the product/pricing catalogue (Chargebee) is a plus. /liliPlanning documentation: Notion for documentation, Asana (or similar) for project tracking, and Slack and Google Workspace for collaboration. /li /ulh3About you /h3ulli2-3 years of experience in pricing, revenue/commercial analytics, strategy, finance, growth or a similar analytical role — ideally in a fast-moving SaaS, fintech or tech-scaleup environment. /liliProven experience working in complex environments and handling large volumes of data with rigour and attention to detail. /liliStrong analytics skills and confidence building and maintaining dashboards from scratch. /liliWorking knowledge of SQL, able to query and join raw data independently. /liliAdvanced spreadsheet skills and a structured, model-driven approach to analysis. /liliHighly organised, with a talent for documentation, follow‑through and keeping multiple workstreams on track. /liliClear communicator who can turn complex pricing concepts into simple,
