br- We are searching for a Store Supervisor to work alongside our Store Managers in Barcelona .



This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards.

brThis leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for retail management. Support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store and act as the operational point of reference in their absence
brAssist the Store Manager in training and coordinating the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedure
brCollaborate in achieving sales targets by motivating the team and monitoring daily results
brMonitor inventory levels, reporting replenishment needs or discrepancies to the manager
brEnsure the store maintains high standards of order, cleanliness, and visual merchandising according to company guidelines
brAccurately perform opening and closing cash procedures, ensuring precision and punctuality
brProvide support for basic administrative tasks, such as shift planning and daily sales reporting
brBe available to work flexible hours

brExcellent command of English, both spoken and written
brProven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
brCompetence in administrative tasks (shift planning, reporting, etc.)
brKnowledge of visual merchandising techniques
brFamiliarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems (CEGID)

brMonday to Sunday
brAvailability to work weekends and public holidays
