Your main purpose

Lead the technical review, coordination, and integration of all MEP systems across hospitality projects, and provide strategic MEP input from early concept stages through detailed design and construction phases.

Ensure all MEP solutions align with brand standards, operational requirements, sustainability targets, and guest experience objectives, and coordinate multidisciplinary integration across Architecture, Interior Design, Structural, Civil, Landscape, Lighting, Kitchen, AV, IT, Security, and specialist disciplines.

Identify technical risks, design conflicts, and coordination gaps, supporting timely resolution throughout all project stages.

Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders, review technical submissions, layouts, reports, and calculations,



monitor consultant performance, deliverable quality, and submission schedules, and protect architectural and interior design intent.

Support value engineering and technical optimization initiatives, coordinate closely with Project Directors, Design Managers, and Delivery teams, and provide technical support during tender and construction phases, including reviews of shop drawings, mock-ups, inspections, and site coordination activities.

Ensure MEP systems are designed considering operability, maintainability, lifecycle performance, and user comfort, monitor relevant codes, regulations, technical standards, and hospitality industry requirements, and support continuous improvement, technical procedures, project documentation processes, and best-practice initiatives.

What will you bring?

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, and 10+ years of experience in MEP design coordination within hospitality, mixed-use, or complex development projects.
- Strong experience in multidisciplinary coordination and integrated design processes, and proven experience supporting hospitality projects across schematic design, detailed design, tender, and construction phases.
- Background in construction,



or hospitality developments preferred, and excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operational requirements and guest experience expectations, proficiency in AutoCAD and strong technical document review capability, and familiarity with BIM/Revit coordination environments preferred.
- Fluent English required; Greek and/or Spanish preferred, with strong MEP technical coordination and systems integration capability, strong multidisciplinary coordination and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to balance technical, operational, commercial, and design considerations, attention to detail and commitment to quality standards, acting as the MEP technical guardian within the Design department, the key coordinator for multidisciplinary technical integration, and the protector of design intent through technical system development, ensuring all MEP systems are technically robust, operationally efficient, and fully integrated into the hospitality design vision, guest experience strategy, and long-term asset quality objectives.
