In this role you turn complex data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making across Thunes. You will identify product and operational pain points and help raise data literacy across teams. You’ll build analytics that improve productivity, performance, and the customer experience, partnering with data engineers to deliver scalable insights. This is an opportunity to influence cross-functional decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 2-5 years in data, BI, analytics, or related roles
• Proficiency in production-level SQL
• Proficiency in Python for analysis and data processing
• Expertise in Tableau, dashboard development, data source design, performance optimization, Tableau Online administration
• Ability to turn complex datasets into actionable analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data quality focus
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
