ppForward is transforming how the world’s most complex networks are managed and secured. Founded in 2013 by four Stanford Ph.D.s, we built the industry’s first network digital twin — a mathematically precise model of the production network that gives IT teams unmatched visibility, verification, and agility across every major cloud and vendor environment. /ppOur customers include global leaders such as Goldman Sachs, PayPal, SP General, IBM, and Dell, as well as fast-growing enterprises and government agencies. According to IDC, Forward customers realize an average of $14.2 million in annual benefits through improved efficiency and security. /ppBacked by world-class investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Goldman Sachs, MSD Partners, and Threshold Ventures, Forward offers a people-centric, innovative culture where brilliant minds are shaping the future of network reliability, security, and AI-ready operations. /ppForward Networks is looking for an experienced bSenior Revenue Systems Analyst /b to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to our Sales Operations Manager, you'll act as an additional pair of hands and set of eyes across our Salesforce environment and sales-adjacent tools — supporting day-to-day administration, reporting and analytics, integrations, and vendor relationships. /ppThis role is designed to complement and extend our existing Salesforce expertise. You should be able to step in with minimal ramp. You'll work directly with our primary Salesforce owner to keep our go-to-market systems running smoothly. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibSalesforce Administration: /b Own day-to-day admin tasks — user and license management, profiles and permission sets, page layouts, record types,

validation rules, and ongoing data hygiene across the org. /lilibDeclarative Development: /b Build and maintain scalable, no-code/low-code solutions (Flow, formula fields, dynamic forms, approval processes) to support evolving go-to-market processes. /lilibSales Processes: /b Support opportunity management, pipeline and forecasting processes, quote-to-cash flows, and the systems that carry deals from qualified opportunity through close. /lilibReporting Analytics: /b Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce, giving Sales, RevOps, and leadership clear visibility into pipeline, forecast, and revenue metrics. /lilibIntegrations Data Flow: /b Help maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and connected systems (Hubspot, commissions, data enrichment, CS platforms, and ERP). /lilibVendor Tool Management: /b Work with third-party vendors and app providers to evaluate, implement, and support tools across the sales tech stack (e.g., commissions administration in CaptivateIQ, revenue intelligence using Gong). /lilibProject Support: /b Partner with the senior admin/architect on larger initiatives — requirements gathering, build, testing, documentation, and rollout. /lilibCross-Functional Collaboration: /b Translate business needs from Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketing into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience,

ideally supporting a Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or broader GTM systems function. /liliSalesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or additional certifications strongly preferred. /liliA track record of operating independently — able to take ownership of requests end-to-end with minimal ramp. /li /ulh3Core Salesforce Skills /h3ulliStrong command of declarative development — Flow, validation rules, formula fields, permission sets, dynamic forms — without reliance on custom code. /liliDeep working knowledge of the bSales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ) /b data models, and how the objects connect across the opportunity and quote-to-cash lifecycle. /liliProven ability to build reports and dashboards, with comfort in data analysis and maintaining data quality. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliFamiliarity with Service Cloud and its data model. /liliExperience with Gong or similar revenue intelligence platforms — forecasting, activity tracking, and conversational intelligence. /liliExperience supporting post-sales / Customer Success operations (renewals, expansion, health scoring). /liliExperience in building or administering partner portals in Salesforce PRM or equivalent including deal registration and channel-facing workflows. /liliFamiliarity with a broader sales tech stack (e.g., Tableau, CaptivateIQ or other commissions tools, marketing automation, sales engagement platforms). /liliFamiliarity using AI to extend and scale operational capabilities. /liliBasic familiarity with Apex/SOQL — enough to read and debug, not necessarily write from scratch. /li /ulpThe base pay range for this role is between $135,000 and $155,000.
