Experteer Overview
In this role you help build and operate the Elastic Cloud Platform, enabling other engineers to develop and run software at scale. You’ll own well-scoped features and contribute to production services within a distributed, async-first environment. You work closely with senior engineers to propose practical solutions, participate in design reviews, and help keep services reliable through on-call and incident handling. You’ll grow your expertise in Go, Kubernetes, and cloud-native practices while shaping scalable cloud services for Elastic customers. This is a collaborative, impact-driven opportunity to advance cloud infrastructure that powers Elastic’s products.

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience writing services in Go, or strong proficiency in another systems language with motivation to ramp up on Go
• Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals (Pods, Deployments, Services, Operators)
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Curiosity about distributed systems and how services communicate at scale
• Comfort with ambiguity and learning from teammates
• Collaborative approach with openness to feedback and knowledge sharing
• Clear written and verbal communication in a distributed, async-first setting
• Commitment to code quality, testing, observability, and operability
