The Senior Manager, Insights supports the delivery of the Insights agenda for a specific category within the Europe Operating Unit. Working closely with the Senior Director, Insights, this role will support the generation and activation of consumer, shopper, and category insights. /p pThis role contributes to the delivery of consumer and category insights to support brand strategy, innovation, and activation for category teams in Europe Operating Unit. The Senior Manager, Insights embeds insights in the category across brand strategy, innovation, creative development, and portfolio choices, while maintaining strong connectivity with the EOU and Global Insights networks. /p h3What You’ll Do For Us /h3 h3Lead the Consumer Insights Strategy Leadership /h3 ul liSupport the development and implementation of the Category Insights learning plan in alignment with Global Portfolio and Insights and Category networks. /li liDelivers the category Insights learning plan, comprising future consumer and shopper tensions and trends, application of behavioral science, consumer segment, cohort and culture understanding. /li liApply qualitative, quantitative, and observational methods to uncover consume truths. /li /ul h3Translate Consumer Understanding into Business Guidance /h3 ul liSupport the Senior Director Insights as the single point of accountability in the category for consumer insights, ensuring consistency in integral frameworks while keeping them locally relevant to the EU OU. /li liDares to be Insights (consumer) voice to each of our stakeholders focusing on Business questions, leveraging the value of the human narrative vs just focusing on numbers and pure marketing research. /li liTurn human motivations, barriers, and behaviors into actionable recommendations for marketing, commercial, and innovation teams. /li /ul h3Bring Analytical Excellence and Next‑Gen Insight Capabilities /h3 ul liSupport category marketing performance analytics to focusing on enabling brand growth. /li liIntegrate multiple data sources—syndicated, shopper, bottler, first‑party digital, and proprietary research to deliver coherent, holistic insights. /li liApply next‑gen insight capabilities leveraging AI/ML models, predictive analytics, behavioral science, and digital intelligence to translate signals into actionable business opportunities. /li liLeverage digital ethnography, social listening, sentiment AI,
and cultural intelligence to detect emerging behaviors and whitespace opportunities. /li /ul h3Brand Innovation Insights Activation /h3 h3Provide Insights Leadership Across Key Marketing Processes /h3 ul liSupport innovation opportunity identification, concept development, product and packaging assessment, consumer co‑creation and New Product Launch Tracking /li liSupport the development of insights for creative territories; support creative briefing, development, validation, and optimization. /li liEnsure insights activation that influences senior marketing and commercial decision‑makers. /li /ul h3Lead, Inspire, and Build Capability /h3 ul liDrive a culture of curiosity and learning across the system, acting as the clear, influential voice of the consumer and shopper to marketing teams. /li /ul h3Network People Leadership /h3 ul liContribute to the EU OU Category Insights Network and Global OU Human Insights network by sharing learnings, deploying best practices and sometimes leading charter learning plans. /li liDriveswinningculturewith inspired, engaged,focused andempowered associates. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree required. /li li5 - 7+ years of experience in Consumer Shopper Insights, Market Research Analytics, Category Management or related field; Marketing or Innovation experience is a plus. /li liStrong understanding of core research methodologies, including agile and innovative approaches. /li liAbility to synthesize consumer, cultural, and market insights into clear recommendations for the business. /li liExperience identifying emerging trends and applying frameworks or workshops to translate insights into opportunities. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders across functions. /li liComfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. /li liCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization. /li /ul h3What We Can Do For You /h3 ul liIconic Innovative Brands: Work with a portfolio of 250+ global and local brands, continuously expanding through innovation. /li liExpansive Diverse Customers: Engage with a wide range of customers across multiple channels and moments. /li liCritical Experiences:
