ph3Who we are looking for. /h3 pAs a Mid Weight Art Director, based in our Málaga office, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Creative Directors, Creative Director and other senior members of the team, as well as other internal FP team members, freelance creatives, clients, and any third-party partners involved. /p pYou are creative, passionate, exceptionally well organised and enjoy finding solutions, whatever the challenge. A natural team player with strong communication skills, you thrive under pressure, embracing change and knowing when and where to be flexible. /p pYour experiences should have a mix of many creative disciplines, from still and motion photo art direction, to understanding and working against a creative narrative, developing graphic design, and experiential spatial design. The position requires you to possess a strong conceptual process that drives the work forward with a high level of visual communication and organisation. Additionally, it is important to have a clear social media / digital platform understanding, with a passion for working with the latest software, and a knowledge of the different channels and the creative that clearly works into them, whilst driving compelling innovative solutions. /p pYou are a creative expert and connected to the creative industry – critically looking at the latest creative trends in youth culture and have an ever-expanding knowledge and network. You have a wealth of experience when it comes to working directly with creatives, clients and also commissioning work from a varied and broad network of agencies, artists and creative individuals. Whether you’re on set managing the art direction of a shoot, commissioning an illustrator or working with an architect to build a space, you don’t get phased by the unknown – but rather energised by the challenge of learning as you go. /p pWhen it comes to communication you are able to digest,



edit and circulate the most important information clearly and effectively to various internal and external stakeholders. No matter how complex the project, you always remain clear on priorities and are not afraid to ask for advice where needed. You’re a natural collaborator who knows how to get the best out of everyone. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and you’re not afraid to ask questions when you’re unsure. When things get tricky and you anticipate potential complications, you inform others in good time. /p pYou will be required to deliver high quality work at every stage of the creative process (from concept to execution). /li liAbility to travel 20-30% /li liThis role is to join our office in Málaga, Spain. /li /ul h3Role specific requirements. /h3 ul liGreat taste. /li liCraft obsessed. /li liContemporary thinker. /li liExperience with creative concepting. /li liComprehensive knowledge of creative processes. /li liExperience with image making. /li liOn-set experience with still and motion photoshoots (fashion, editorial, sports, product). /li liExperience with styling and movement direction. /li liExperience with providing direction for graphic design and visual communication. /li liExperience with commercial, brand work. /li liExperience with experience design, spatial design and branded environments. /li liExperience with building concise presentations in Keynote. /li liExperience with AI and other forward thinking technologies. /li liBetween 5 to 7 years of experience in design and art direction for agencies or brands. /li liStrong industry knowledge and experience driving creative forward from concept to execution that includes: photography / motion / illustration, event / retail productions. /li liStrong network of creative partners: photographers, directors, stylists, set designers, movement coordinators, production companies, etc. /li liAbility to apply clear strategic and innovative thinking solutions to any type of creative brief or problem. /li /ul h3What we offer. /h3 ul liA forward thinking, inclusive, open-minded workplace. /li li22 days off, plus Spanish bank holidays. /li liA competitive Spanish salary, depending on experience. /li liThis role is 5 days per week in our Málaga office: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6pm. /li liMonday to Thursday in our Málaga studio and Friday WFH. /li liA coastal location with great weather all year-round. /li liOpportunity to grow and further define your role as the studio grows. /li liOpportunity to work on integral culture defining work. /li liThis role reports to the Creative Director. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
