- Act as the technical interface for the company’s energy storage products, providing professional technical support to distributors, installers, and service partners throughout project delivery and after-sales processes
- Responsible for onsite installation guidance, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues
- Support technical analysis for residential and C&I; ESS projects, including communication, EMS, inverter, and battery system related issues
- Handle customer complaints and technical escalation cases, coordinate internal resources, and drive issue resolution to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain close communication with R&D; and product teams, provide feedback on onsite issues and product improvement suggestions, and support continuous product optimization
- Collect and organize onsite operational data, service reports, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and complete service records
- Provide technical training to distributors, installers, and service partners, covering product installation,



commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Qualifications
- :Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, or related field
- sExperience in energy storage, photovoltaic, inverter, battery systems, or related electrical industries is preferre
- dSolid electrical and system knowledge with the ability to independently analyze onsite issues and perform troubleshootin
- gHands-on experience in onsite xcskxlj installation, commissioning, or technical servic
- eFamiliarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, and TCP/IP is preferre
- dStrong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with customers, installers, and internal team
- sCustomer-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and driving problem resolutio
- nFluent in both Spanish and English as working language
- sWillingness to travel within Europe when require
