Requirements

- Native-level proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written)

- A good command of the English language

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification





- Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker

- Excellent communication skills for confidently interacting with customers

- Master problem solver, ready to tackle customer inquiries

- Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications

- Ability to work adaptable shifts, including evenings, xqbhyrx weekends, and holidays
