ppBettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming brand who are looking to hire a Director of CRM, leading a large-scale team, based in Valencia. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty, retention, and growth. /li liAlign engagement initiatives with business objectives and marketing strategy. /li liOversee daily customer engagement operations, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. /li liLead the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM and engagement technologies. /li liEnsure CRM effectiveness across the full sales funnel and customer lifecycle. /li liManage customer registration, activation, retention, reactivation, and acquisition strategies. /li liDesign and deliver targeted, personalized multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, etc.). /li liSupport promotional events aimed at customer acquisition. /li liAnalyse customer data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities. /li liTrack and report on key marketing metrics, including conversion rates and web analytics. /li liPrepare regular performance reports on engagement, behaviour, and campaign effectiveness. /li liCollaborate with marketing, sales,



customer service, IT, and data teams for a unified engagement approach. /li liLead, mentor, and develop customer engagement specialists and analysts. /li liFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred. /li liProven experience as a Director of CRM or in a similar senior role. /li liBackground in traditional CRM and iGaming preferred. /li liExperience leading large teams (100+ employees). /li liStrong expertise in customer acquisition and lifecycle management. /li liKnowledge of CRM systems, engagement channels (email, SMS, push), and analytics platforms. /li liTechnical proficiency with CRM, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). /li liExperience in land‑based or online gambling is a plus. /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills. /li liAbility to manage marketing projects end‑to‑end with a customer‑centric mindset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
