/p /li lipOversee independent risk assessments for transformations, migrations, partnerships, product launches and other strategic initiatives. /p /li lipMaintain an enterprise-wide view of the risk profile, identifying emerging risks, concentrations, interdependencies and forward-looking trends. /p /li lipConsolidate insights from Technology, Cybersecurity, Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, Third-Party and Operational Risk to provide an integrated view of the Payments risk profile. /p /li lipCoordinate complex cross-functional risk initiatives and oversee action plans arising from risk reviews, regulatory engagements and assurance activities. /p /li lipRepresent Risk Compliance in executive governance forums, providing balanced, independent and pragmatic risk opinions. /p /li lipStrengthen the risk framework, governance, reporting, oversight practices and risk culture in line with business growth and regulatory expectations. /p /li /ul h3WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR /h3 pWe are in search of a Payments Risk Director to join our team in Madrid, with the following qualifications and background: /p h3Professional Experience /h3 ul lip10+ years of experience in Risk Management or related control functions within the payments, banking or financial services industry. /p /li lipExtensive experience working across the payments ecosystem, including payment and card processing, technology platforms and digital operating models. /p /li lipDemonstrated experience engaging with Executive Committees,
