ph3What You'll Do /h3 ul liYou will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from the signed commercial contract to the events' final closing. /li liYou will be the main point of contact between all stakeholders, from the event organizer to all internal teams involved. /li liAs the overall owner of the whole process, you will work as part of a team, taking charge of making things happen in time and form by managing other department’s tasks. /li liCommunicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, and work with product/engineering to deliver on them, consolidating all requirements and prioritizing them with the product team. /li liCreate and maintain exhaustive QA to provide answers to potential user incidents managed by the user support team. /li liEnsure that all requirements needed to achieve the project goals have the necessary documentation. /li liDepending on the event, you may need to be present on site during the launch or other important dates. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou are degree qualified, with a project management background. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and pride yourself on a flexible, detail‑oriented, analytical, and organized mindset. /p ul li1+ years in a project management role or consulting background. Having event experience is a plus. /li liFluent level of English and French; other languages are a plus. /li liHuge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly. You should have strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills. /li liYou’ll be solution‑focused, identifying problem areas and creating plans to find resolutions. /li liYou’ll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships. /li liHighly organized and efficient.
