If you care deeply about people's growth and want to help build a workplace where everyone can thrive, we want to hear from you. /ph3What You'll Do /h3h3Learning Initiatives Program Coordination /h3ulliPartner with the Talent Development team to plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide learning initiatives and training programs. /liliManage relationships with external training providers and vendors, as well as coordinate internal subject matter experts for internal trainings. /liliSupport key leadership and enablement programs, including our internal Manager Training initiatives. /liliTrack learning outcomes, gather participant feedback, and continuously iterate on training solutions. /li /ulh3Training FUNDAE management /h3ulliManage the end-to-end operational and compliance process of FUNDAE, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and full optimization. /liliCoordinate training-related tracking, documentation, budgets, and follow-ups. /liliDrive internal learning initiatives from both an operational and program execution perspective. /li /ulh3Language training program management /h3ulliLead the coordination and day-to-day management of the company's language training program. /liliHandle requests (level placement, group changes, schedule adjustments, opt-outs) following defined processes. /liliEnsure high engagement, smooth participant experience, and full visibility of program status and metrics.
