As a Junior Consultant in Arcadis Madrid, you will support the Development Consultancy team in Technical Advisory. You help drive technical due diligences, risk analysis, and investment-cost estimation for real estate transactions. You will interact with clients and participate in site visits across Spain, contributing to high-quality deliverables. This temporary role offers international exposure and potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience (consultancy helpful)
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel frequently and conduct site visits across Spain
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure
• Professional integrity and confidential handling of information
