This role involves system implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning, as well as project management and governance activities. /p pYour role: /p ul liCollect and assess user requirements for new systems and system decommissioning. /li liImplement, maintain, and support regional or general systems. /li liManage projects with strong governance and compliance, including detailed planning of key activities and milestones. /li liServe as first-line support for regional or global systems. /li liHandle multiple critical issues simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy. /li liDevelop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders at various levels. /li liDeliver clear and professional communication in English, including formal presentations. /li liMaintain high levels of organization and attention to detail. /li /ul pYour profile: /p ul liExperience: 10+ years in system support, implementation, and project management. /li liEducation: University degree or equivalent professional experience. /li liLanguage: Advanced (C1 or C2) English proficiency (verbal and written).
