In this role you shape and drive the Neurovascular strategy across the EMEA region, translating priorities into a clear portfolio of initiatives. You work with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact and maintain alignment with long-term direction. You influence decision-making through market and competitive insights and governance support, turning complex problems into actionable plans. • Translate strategic priorities into a portfolio of initiatives for Neurovascular EMEA
• Prioritize projects by value, capacity, and strategic importance
• Manage multiple cross-functional strategic projects simultaneously
• Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities across initiatives
• Support governance, executive reporting and portfolio dashboards
• Apply structured problem-solving to inform strategic decisions
• Partner with commercial leaders to develop business cases and analyses
• Conduct market, customer and competitive analyses to generate actionable insights
• Ensure initiatives align with long-term Neurovascular strategy
Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence or related field
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience supporting or leading strategic programmes, transformation initiatives or insight-led projects
• Strong project and portfolio management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior-level engagement
• Experience influencing across matrix organisations
• Commercial acumen and ability to simplify complex business problems
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
