ppAs the Engineering Operations Manager for our Fab5 facility in Spain, you will be one of a select group of leaders responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of 300mm semiconductor equipment in a state-of-the‑art, greenfield RD fab. You will lead a team of engineers and operations assistants to bring new tools online and support the ramp‑up of wafer processing. In addition, you will drive improvements in equipment performance, process reliability, and operational efficiency across a wide range of semiconductor engineering disciplines. Ensure performance is actively monitored, evaluated, and guided. /li liDrive improvements in Reliability, Uptime, Utilisation, Preventative Maintenance, and Automation toward operational excellence in the day‑to‑day business of the Fab. /li liMonitor operating budgets and implement cost‑saving initiatives to optimise overhead and reduce the cost per wafer processed. /li liLead and direct engineering activities across both RD and Low Volume Manufacturing (LVM) environments.
