ph3Job Description /h3 /brpThe candidate to cover the CS position will be responsible for the support of ADM’s microbiome business development activities and clients for FB, dietary supplements as well as animal nutrition segment. The focus of this activities are on supporting new business and consolidated ones, but will also involve participation and cross collaboration with transversal departments. Daily contact with the clients to support with needs, enquires, orders, transport, customs clearance and technical information in coordination with CS department /p /brul /brliAs customer service: /li /brliSupport business development activities /li /brliWork together in a daily basis with the client to provide a superior and customized service /li /brliManage, control and tracking of samples /li /brliDaily technical support to customers in coordination with ADM’s microbiome RD, QA and PDA teams. /li /brliTo introduce, update and control client leads and opportunities through Salesforce, if needed /li /brliTo introduce quotes in CRM and transfer them to S4H based on pricing Rq provided by sales /li /brliTo feed Business central, S4H, CRM and Salesforce systems /li /brliSupport and optimize all CS activities /li /brliAs order handling (depending on the country): /li /brliTo enter the incoming orders into SAP/Business Central (BC) /li /brliTo send order confirmation to customers /li /brliTo liaise with Production Manager and Quality department for all the changes requested by customers. /li /brliTo check labels and enter the required info into SAP /li /brliTo add OTIF codes /li /brliTo schedule loadings together with logistics department /li /brliTo arrange the transport (by road, sea or air)



/li /brliTo be in contact with the forwarders or with our customs agent to arrange the customs clearance without delay /li /brliTo issue all export documents /li /brliTo issue the corresponding documents for the representative samples /li /brliTo be in contact with banks for payment terms as Cash Against Documents and Letter of Credits /li /brliTo send documents to be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and legalizing them if necessary by the corresponding Embassy /li /brliTo issue invoices, credit and debit notes /li /brliTo make a follow up of the deliveries /li /brliTo enter Returned orders and the agreed credit notes /li /brliTo solve unloading problems at delivery points /li /brliAs additional tasks, to attend the visits of the Health Authorities to issue the Health Certificate as well as the inspections of third parties. /li /br /ul /brh3#IncludingYou /h3 /brpDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
