The goal:

make Huzzle the first name that comes to mind when a company thinks about hiring general talent and when candidates think about where they want to find work.

Your responsibilities

-

- Marketing end-to-end. Define what Huzzle stands for and make it show up everywhere - PLG, brand, content, customer experience, etc.

- Focus on organic channels (influencer partnerships, content, affiliate, etc.)

- Partially working with our paid team to scale what's already working





- Managing every other marketing channel that we haven't touched yet

Requirements

- Experience building up and owning organic marketing channels (with results to back it up)

- Bias to action

- AI-native (be comfortable building product with Claude Code) xqbhyrx

- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or another fast-growth industry

- Full ownership from day one and a real path to CMO

- We have a product / service people already want

- Opportunity to build your own thing from scratch around other - already working - paid channels
