The Spanish legal market represents a significant opportunity, and Clio is investing in building awareness, generating demand, and establishing itself as the leading legal technology platform for legal professionals across the country. /p h3Who You Are /h3 pYou are an experienced demand generation marketer with a proven track record of building and executing data‑driven marketing strategies that hit ambitious targets. You know how to move between strategic thinking and getting into the detail of a campaign when it needs your attention. You have strong stakeholder management skills and can influence cross‑functionally without formal authority over every team you work with. You’re comfortable managing external agency relationships and holding them accountable to performance goals. You’re motivated by ownership and want ambitious growth in Spain and are excited to help build it. /p h3What You’ll Work On /h3 h3Strategy and Planning /h3 ul liDevelop and own Clio's demand generation strategy for the Spanish market, identifying the channels and programs that will unlock the biggest growth. /li liSet targets and budget allocation across paid search, paid social, webinars, and events, and be accountable for performance against them. /li liAnalyse the Spanish market and legal industry landscape to shape messaging, targeting, and campaign priorities. /li liBuild the annual and quarterly demand gen plan for Spain in partnership with the broader EMEA marketing and sales leadership. /li /ul h3Campaign Leadership /h3 ul liLead the execution of integrated, multi‑channel campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), webinars, and events. /li liOwn the relationship with external paid media agencies, setting strategy and holding them accountable for delivery and performance. /li liDirect A/B testing programs across creative, copy, and landing pages, and use results to keep sharpening the approach. /li liPartner with Content, Design, and Product Marketing to make sure campaign assets land with the right audience and message. /li /ul h3Performance and Reporting /h3 ul liOwn reporting on pipeline contribution, CPL, conversion, and other key demand gen metrics for Spain.



/li liBuild and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Looker that give leadership visibility into what's working. /li liTurn performance data into a clear point of view on where to double down and where to pull back. /li liReport regularly to EMEA marketing leadership on progress against targets. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Partnership /h3 ul liWork closely with Sales and Customer Success on lead flow, follow‑up, and feedback loops. /li liRepresent the Spanish market's needs in broader EMEA marketing planning. /li liBuild relationships with in‑market stakeholders to keep campaigns grounded in what the Spanish legal market actually needs. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the demand generation strategy and budget for the Spanish market. /li liLead and manage external agency relationships, holding them to performance targets. /li liDirect campaign execution across paid search, paid social, webinars, and events. Own reporting and performance analysis, and use it to drive decisions. /li liManage cross‑functional relationships with Sales, Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations. /li liBuild and maintain the campaign calendar and roadmap for Spain. /li liRepresent Spain's needs and opportunities within the broader EMEA marketing strategy. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management, ideally in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment. /li liExperience working in or with the Spanish market specifically. /li liProven experience managing paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) at a strategic level. /li liExperience managing external agencies or vendors, including holding them accountable to targets. /li liStrong analytical skills and experience using data to shape marketing strategy. /li liAbility to plan, prioritise, and execute multiple projects simultaneously. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functionally. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liFamiliarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce. /li liExperience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar). /li liExperience in high‑velocity B2B SaaS. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liGoogle Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Meta Ads Manager, at a strategic level. /li liSalesforce or equivalent CRM tools. /li liLooker or similar reporting and BI tools. /li liGoogle Analytics. /li liAsana or similar project management tools. /li liGoogle Workspace.
