Experteer Overview
As a Mass Properties Engineer in Flight Physics, you will define and drive mass targets for new and in-service aircraft, developing accurate mass models and supporting weight control throughout life cycles. You will collaborate with cross-functional disciplines to optimize vehicle mass and enable reliable deliveries. Your work will influence design reviews, weight maturity, and risk/r opportunities while supporting program decisions. This role offers international collaboration and exposure to advanced mass properties programs.

• Define mass status, target mass and plan to reach target
• Develop mass models for loads analyses and deliver weight control insights
• Support mass estimation, calculations, weighing validation and mass reporting through vehicle life
• Collaborate across disciplines to challenge designs for optimum mass
• Perform trade studies, benchmarking and competitors' analyses
• Contribute to vehicle optimization and decision support for Chief Engineering and Programs
• Participate in design reviews,



weight maturity reviews and weight risk/opportunity tracking
• Support in marketing activities for Customer Guarantees and vehicle deliveries
• Develop capabilities (Ru0026T, Mu0026T) and processes to improve Time/Quality/Cost delivery
• Contribute to cross-country mass properties competence development in Spain and Germany

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering
• 0-5 years of experience; Flight Physics or Structural Design and Mass Properties experience valued
• Advanced English; German would be valuable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently
• Keen to work in an open, trusting environment and adapt to new ways of working
• Interest in engineering topics at aircraft system level and empowerment mindset
