/li liTake ownership of the overall business solution and project outcomes. /li liTrain end users on system functionality and best practices. /li liLead and coordinate the technical team, including the Systems Analyst and Developer. /li liFacilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical implementation team. /li /ul h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in bInsurance /b, bActuarial Science /b, or a related discipline. /li liMinimum b5 years of experience /b in the binsurance industry /b, specifically within bhealth insurance (healthcare) /b. /li liStrong understanding of insurance business processes. /li liAdvanced English proficiency. /li liExperience gathering and documenting business requirements. /li liExperience working directly with clients throughout project implementations. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience leading cross-functional technical teams. /li liExperience delivering user training and system presentations. /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
