About the role:

We are looking for an HR Generalist with extensive experience in payroll administration, as well as labor relations, and health and safety external partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the operational heart of HR: a highly hands‑on position with a strong focus on administrative excellence, employee lifecycle processes and labor‑related matters, while also supporting the coordination of initiatives and internal events.

Responsibilities

-

- Administer salary revision/adjustment and reward, bonus and recognition programs, as well as maintain the HR system (Workday)

- Administer employment contracts, and the employee life cycle.

- Maintain organizational charts and People metrics and score cards up to date





- Deliver standard HR-related reports regularly to the organization and to relevant external parties such as the authorities (LISMi, FUNDAE, etc), as well as deliver ad hoc HR-related reports to the organization upon request.

What are we looking for?

-

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar

- Solid 8+ years’ HR payroll and operations experience in Spain , in an international organization.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

- Good structural and collaborative skills, customer service focus, with ability and ambition to drive continuous improvement and development in operational tasks. An AI and automation approach to repetititve/low-value tasks.

- Problem-solver, self-motivated, hands‑on mentality.

Ideally, but not a must:

- Portuguese

- Payroll and HR operations experience with Portugal

- Experience in Learning administration and logistics

- Experience in Talent AcquisitionExperience using SAP, ADP and Workday.
