ppTCI Biotech Spain B.V. is part of TCI Co., Ltd., a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) of nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals with production sites in Taiwan, China, and the United States. We are now establishing our first European production plant for dietary supplements in Barcelona, Spain. /p pTCI specializes in innovative design and manufacturing solutions for food supplements and skincare products, serving leading retail brands, private labels, e-commerce, social, and direct-selling companies. Our mission is to enhance global health and wellness by creating products that inspire longevity and joy. /p h3Position Overview: /h3 pAs the Human Resources professional, you will play a key role in shaping and executing HR for our European team. You will oversee HR activities, ensure legal compliance, and liaise with TCI’s global headquarters in Taiwan to align local practices with integral policies. In addition, you will manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as payroll companies, support legal contract reviews, assist with organizational structuring, and host regular company events to ensure competence and wellness of employees and strengthen employer branding. The role also includes occasional support for sales and marketing events, such as the annual Vitafoods exhibition, to better understand the business and explore recruitment opportunities. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be instrumental in driving key initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul libGlobal Policy Liaison:



/b Collaborate with TCI’s global headquarters in Taiwan to ensure the branch office stays aligned with global policies, procedures, and best practices. /li libRecruitment Onboarding: /b Oversee recruitment processes to improve time-to-hire and ensure effective onboarding. Liaise with external partners, such as our Employer on Record, to manage remote staff. /li libEmployee Engagement Retention: /b Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention, aiming for a 90% retention rate. /li libTraining Development: /b Collaborate with headquarters to manage training programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities, with a target of at least 90% employee participation in quarterly sessions. /li libCompensation Benefits: /b Lead the review and execution of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company objectives. /li libCompliance Employee Relations: /b Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor laws and company policies. Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts with professionalism. /li libLegal Contract Review: /b Review employment contracts, vendor agreements, and legal documents in collaboration with internal and external legal counsel, ensuring compliance with local laws. /li libPerformance Management: /b Lead the performance review process, providing timely and constructive feedback, and establish and manage Performance Improvement Plans for employees. /li libHR Operations Administration: /b Manage payroll, benefits,



and HR systems in coordination with external stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance. Monitor absenteeism and maintain a rate below 2%. /li libExternal Stakeholder Management: /b Manage relationships with external service providers, and Payroll partners. /li libOrganizational Structuring: /b Support organizational structuring to align with company growth and evolving business needs. /li libSales Marketing Event Support: /b Occasionally assist with sales and marketing events, such as the annual Vitafoods exhibition, to explore recruitment opportunities. /li libCompany Events Employer Branding: /b Organize quarterly company events to enhance employee wellness and promote employer branding. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul li7-10 years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a multinational environment, with exposure to legal responsibilities. /li liStrong understanding of Spanish labor law, international HR practices, and contract management /li liProven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and legal contract review. /li liAbility to work effectively with remote employees and manage relationships with external consulting firms and service providers. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English. /li liStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR and legal matters. /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liA dynamic, multicultural, and international work environment. /li liOpportunities for professional development and global career growth. /li liThe chance to shape and influence HR and legal functions in a growing, forward-thinking company. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
