ppWe’re looking for a highly motivated Manager, Platform Success to help our Conferences teams and partners solve critical challenges and get the most out of our technology solutions. As a people leader, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to understand their goals, document requirements, and drive execution of strategy. /p h3What you’ll do: /h3 ul liLeverage Conferences’ technologies to deliver key experiences and solve critical challenges. /li liInteract with conference attendees and Gartner associates onsite to troubleshoot challenges remotely and on location at conferences worldwide. /li liExecute high-quality platform configurations with a focus on delivering integral consistency. /li liBuild trust‑based value‑add relationships with senior leaders. /li liInfluence and negotiate inbound feature requests through governance with stakeholders. /li liCommunicate product roadmaps and milestones to stakeholders. /li liPrototype early‑stage technology and iterate with business partners to establish feasibility and usability. /li liEvaluate SaaS solutions against business requirements, propose, and deliver roadmaps and execution plans for technology evolution. /li liCreate, update, and maintain documentation of existing business and technology processes as well as new feature releases. /li liPartner with Product Owners and teams to write high‑quality user stories explaining business problems. /li liAssess performance and translate information into actionable insights that can be understood and used to drive change. /li liOrganize and drive complex projects, identify emerging issues, and keep core initiatives on track for completion by scheduled dates. /li liProcess QA testing and contribute to user‑acceptance testing to uphold and achieve high‑quality, low‑defect product development.
