From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Production Planning Specialist

MISION

Plan, coordinate, and optimize the manufacturing of Persán’s product families across multiple production lines, ensuring appropriate stock levels that support business needs and guarantee customer service performance.

This role is designed for a young engineer with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and high growth potential within the Supply Chain function.

Responsabilities

- Develop short- and mid‑term production plans,



maximizing line efficiency and optimizing available capacity.
- Perform capacity and workload analyses to identify bottlenecks and propose preventive actions for the medium and long term.
- Maintain and monitor key departmental KPIs, providing clear, data‑driven insights to support decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure alignment between planning and execution.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas backed by data to enhance productivity and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Anticipate supply risks and support the development of contingency plans to safeguard product availability.

Technical Skills
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Management/Organization Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical degrees.
- Specific knowledge: Supply Chain fundamentals, production planning, material flows, and industrial processes.
- Tools:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP APO/IBP is a plus
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools is desirable.

- Languages: English is valued for supplier interactions and future responsibilities.
