ph3What You’ll Do: /h3pCriteo’s Ops Strategy Enablement team acts as the strategic enabler that turns business priorities and product innovation into scalable, efficient, and client‑centric execution for our SCO organization in the Performance Media business.br/The team defines how Ops works, measures how it performs, enables how it scales, and ensures it is ready for what is next. /ppWithin the new Product and Ops Enablement team, Ops Enablement focuses on how teams deliver day to day: translating operating model standards into practical ways of working, enabling adoption of processes and tools, supporting continuous improvement, and helping Ops teams scale with consistency. /ppAs Ops Enablement Team Lead, you will lead the day‑to‑day delivery of the Ops Enablement team. You will work closely with the Product and Ops Enablement Manager and with stakeholders across Ops, Product, RD, and regional teams and leaders to turn priorities into clear and practical ways of working.br/The role combines team leadership, hands‑on execution, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.br/ /ph3What you’ll do /h3ullipLead, coach, and coordinate the Ops Enablement team, providing clear priorities, guidance, and support to ensure high‑quality and timely delivery. /p /lilipCreate clarity and accountability across the team by setting expectations, distributing work, giving constructive feedback, and supporting individual development. /p /lilipOwn the execution of Ops Enablement initiatives focused on process adoption, continuous improvement, tooling adoption, and ways of working. /p /lilipWork closely with Product Enablement on initiatives where product changes and operational processes are connected, ensuring that Ops teams understand what is changing and how to apply it in their day‑to‑day work. /p /lilipPartner with Ops Strategy, Product, RD, regional Ops teams, and subject‑matter experts to coordinate dependencies, clarify ownership, and support effective delivery. /p /lilipGather and structure feedback from Ops teams and the field, identify knowledge or process gaps,
and turn insights into concrete improvements. /p /lilipTrack and measure progress, adoption, and impact of enablement initiatives, using data and qualitative feedback to adjust priorities and improve outcomes. /p /lilipIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve operational processes, and lead change activities through implementation and adoption. /p /lilipBuild a collaborative, accountable, and continuous‑improvement culture within the Ops Enablement team. /p /lilipRepresent Ops Enablement in relevant working groups, flagging risks, dependencies, and decisions when needed. /p /lilipProvide regular, structured updates to the manager on team achievements, blockers, risks, and challenges, including proposed actions and any support required. /p /li /ulh3Who You Are: /h3ullip5+ years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising, programmatic, or a related technology‑enabled environment. /p /lilipPrevious experience working in Operations, Ad Operations, Customer Success Operations, Process Excellence, or Enablement, with a strong understanding of how operational teams work and scale. /p /lilipDemonstrated leadership experience through people management, team leadership, project leadership, mentoring, or coaching. Previous direct people management experience is a plus but not required. /p /lilipAble to set direction, prioritize work, delegate effectively, remove blockers, and create accountability while remaining close to execution. /p /lilipStrong project and initiative management skills, with a practical and delivery‑oriented approach. /p /lilipAble to translate complex processes, product changes, or business requirements into simple and actionable guidance.
/p /lilipComfortable working with data and feedback to identify gaps, monitor adoption, and improve the effectiveness of enablement activities. /p /lilipComfortable working in an evolving organization, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery, team support, and continuous improvement. /p /lilipStrong communicator in English, both written and verbal. /p /lilipYou do not need to be a product expert, but you should be comfortable working with product and operational subject‑matter experts and connecting their expertise to the needs of Ops teams.
