ph3Job Description /h3 pAn opportunity for Sales Air Power Assistant has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage calendars and email inboxes, prioritizing tasks and gathering information to support decision-making for the Manager and the team when required; provide administrative support to the Manager and team. /li liAnticipate and identify needs whenever possible; organize meetings and planning activities; coordinate with other assistants, stakeholders, and functions. Manage meeting minutes (MoM), including follow‑up communications and action tracking, and maintain distribution lists up to date. /li liManage logistics for events, weblives, and other team activities. /li liTake ownership of internal and external communications within the team. /li liContribute to positive working relationships and act as a facilitator within the team and with stakeholders. /li liHandle office administrative tasks (telephone support, meeting and event administration, HR requirements, expense management, etc.); serve as the focal point for IT and facilities management; support the organization of events and weblives. /li liManage team logistics, including office supplies and travel arrangements.
