In this role, you will be part of an international organization while working closely with our Iberian market and feed production plants, playing a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable supply to our customers. /ph3What you will do /h3pThis role is called Demand Planner within Nutreco and you will be responsible for anticipating customer demand and translating it into accurate forecasts for Iberia production plants that drive our operations. /ppYou will work at the intersection of data, market insights and operations, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure that our production planning meets business needs efficiently and sustainably. /ppThis role is ideal for someone analytical, curious and eager to learn, who wants to develop in an international environment while having a tangible impact at a local level. /pulliBuild reliable demand forecasts combining data analysis, trends and business inputs /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to align on demand plans /liliIntegrate market insights such as seasonality, promotions, product launches or customer trends into the forecast /liliMonitor and improve performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias /liliLead the monthly demand planning process,
