ppAt Inster, we are looking for a bProject Manager /b to lead strategic initiatives within Europe’s most ambitious programs in secure satellite communications. /p pThis is a key leadership role with real impact on advanced space and defence projects, offering the opportunity to relocate to bMadrid /b, one of Europe’s most dynamic and liveable capitals. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liAn/a Project Manager – Space (ESA SATCOM), with at least 5 years of experience. /li liAvailability to join a stable project in Madrid. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Aerospace, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar). /li liProven experience in managing and coordinating technological or space projects. /li liStrong experience managing multidisciplinary teams, planning, risks, and budget. /li libHands‑on experience /b managing projects with ESA (European Space Agency), including direct interaction with the agency and understanding of its processes. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liSolid understanding of the space project lifecycle (Phases 0/A/B/C/D/E). /li liExperience working under ECSS standards. /li liKnowledge of SATCOM environments (highly relevant for IRIS2). /li liProficiency with planning tools (MS Project, Jira or similar). /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the end-to-end management of technological and space projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget. /li liAct as the main interface with ESA stakeholders,
