Experteer Overview
In this role you drive operational excellence across a diverse client portfolio and protect revenue by optimizing processes at scale. You will mentor junior team members and partner with product and sales to translate customer insights into roadmap decisions. You’ll surface trends from data, mitigate churn, and implement improvements that boost efficiency and satisfaction. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own a diverse portfolio of accounts and set operational standards to drive revenue retention
• Identify systemic patterns across the portfolio and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience
• Develop and mentor junior team members in account management, data analysis, and collaboration
• Analyze portfolio-wide data to surface trends, predict churn risk, and recommend preventative actions




• Partner with product and sales teams to surface insights and influence roadmap decisions
• Establish and implement best practices to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years in customer ops, account management, or customer success
• Proven track record managing a complex portfolio
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Looker, or equivalents
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and measure outcomes
• Strategic thinker who sees cross-account connections and patterns
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence
