The North America AP Operations Specialist position reports directly to the General Accounts Payable Operations and Master Data Manager at JBT SSC. The AP Operations specialist is responsible for assisting in invoice processing through AP Advantage, including entry of invoices, problem analysis and resolution. Important qualities for this position are focus on data accuracy, time management and efficiency, detailed oriented as well as constructive collaboration with other departments, internal customers, and any other stakeholder. Timely delivery is key for full compliance with our Global Service Level Agreement. All activities under scope need to be executed under the strongest Internal Controls framework. /ppCandidate Profile Core Competencies: Ability to perform under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines. Mobility Travelling internationally might be required occasionally. /ph3Duties and Key Responsibilities /h3ulliUtilize APAdvantage automation tool to drive invoice processing, approvals, efficiencies, automation and compliance. /liliInvoice booking process directly on ERP for certain Entities. /liliInvoice VAT codes review. /liliReview of APAdvantage correspondence and exception inbox. /liliProcessing of vendor invoices and credit memos. /liliWeekly meetings with puschasing teams to resolve issues and improve processes. /liliLeasing invoices review and processing. /liliUtilities’ invoices review and processing. /liliProvide assistance to facilitate the recording of expenditures. /liliERP knowledge to perform any analysis needed to complete the invoice booking process. /liliConstant cooperation with AP Accounting team and other SSC departments. /liliCommunication with internal and external stakeholders. /liliCommunicate higher level / more complex issues to AP Supervisor and/or Global AP Operations Manager. /liliOther projects and responsibilities may be added to the company’s discretion. /liliCooperation with APAdvantage owner (PNC) and JBT IT teams. /liliAdvanced payment invoices analysis and booking process. /liliIntercompany tableau report analysis to review and process IC PO invoices. /li /ulpMobility: Position based in Madrid (San Fernando de Henares)
