This is a rare opportunity to shape a finance department during a genuine start-up/high-growth phase, with real visibility to senior leadership and a clear path to grow in scope as the business expands. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liOwn financial reporting and control: monthly/quarterly/annual close, PL, balance sheet and cash flow across the region /li liLead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, partnering closely with the Country Manager and functional leads /li liBuild financial models for new store business cases, capex and investment decisions /li liDrive cost control and margin management, with a strong focus on food cost, labour cost and occupancy /li liManage treasury,



cash flow forecasting and banking relationships /li liEnsure full compliance with Spanish/Portuguese tax and statutory reporting requirements, working closely with external advisors /li liAct as a true business partner to non-finance stakeholders, translating financial insight into commercial decisions /li liPlay a hands-on role in supporting an aggressive multi-location opening plan /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul li8+ years of finance experience, ideally with exposure to FB, retail or multi-site hospitality /li liStrong track record in store-level PL management, cost accounting and COGS analysis /li liSolid knowledge of European accounting standards, tax and statutory reporting /li liExperience with ERP systems and advanced Excel / financial modelling /li liFluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus /li liComfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment /li liA builder's mindset - as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as thinking strategically /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
