Collaborate with passionate experts, tackle exciting challenges, and help define the next generation of online sports betting and gaming. /ph3Purpose Of The Role /h3pAs a Treasury Accounts Payable Assistant, you will report to the Manager of Treasury Accounts Payable and play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the Treasury and Accounts Payable functions. /ppYou will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, preparing and executing payment runs, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also support month-end activities, ensure financial controls and approval processes are followed, and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes while providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProcessing supplier invoices by matching them to purchase orders, verifying general ledger coding, and ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained in line with Financial Authority Policy. /liliReconciling supplier statements, investigating discrepancies, resolving supplier queries, and monitoring aged creditor balances to ensure timely settlement of outstanding items. /liliPreparing and executing payment runs, including vendor, payroll, tax, duty, affiliate, and other payments across multiple banking platforms, while ensuring all payment controls and approval workflows are followed. /liliDownloading daily bank statements,



performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate treasury records to support effective cash management. /liliProcessing and reconciling corporate credit card and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. /liliSupporting month-end close activities by maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to the timely production of management accounts. /liliIdentifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of Treasury and Accounts Payable activities. /liliBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to support the smooth operation of finance processes. /liliAssisting the wider finance team with ad hoc finance tasks, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives as required. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliPrevious experience within an Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Finance Assistant role. /liliStrong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to work accurately with financial data. /liliWorking knowledge of accounting systems, ideally NetSuite, Coupa, or similar ERP platforms. /liliExperience processing supplier invoices, preparing payment runs, and performing bank reconciliations. /liliGood understanding of financial controls, approval processes, and accounting best practices. /liliHighly proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a professional approach to confidentiality and financial accuracy. /liliExperience within a treasury environment, familiarity with multiple banking platforms, or experience within the online gaming industry would be advantageous. /li /ulh3How We Hire /h3pOur interviews are a two-way process, and we want you to have the time and opportunity to get to know us, as much as we are getting to know you!
