If you are passionate about digital entertainment and providing top‑tier support, this is the adecuado role for you. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide expert customer support to Dutch‑speaking users via live chat, email, and telephone channels. /li liDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to streaming quality, playback errors, device compatibility, and account access with professionalism and efficiency. /li liGuide subscribers through subscription management, billing enquiries, plan upgrades, and cancellation processes in accordance with platform policies. /li liEducate customers on platform features, new content releases, personalization settings, and recommendations to enhance their overall streaming experience. /li liAccurately log all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the company’s CRM system, maintaining high‑quality records at all times. /li liEscalate complex or unresolved technical streaming issues to the appropriate specialist teams,
