Join our team to play a part in one of the most important technological projects for the financial sector in the world. /p pThe Santander Artificial Intelligence Team is seeking an AI Governance Specialist, based in our Madrid office. /p h3THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE /h3 pYou will be responsible for defining and operating Santander's bAI Governance framework /b, ensuring that AI use cases are deployed responsibly, consistently, and in line with regulatory and internal requirements. You will play a central role in governing decision forums, managing the global AI use case inventory, and coordinating AI risk assessments across the Group. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3AI Governance Oversight /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and continuously evolve the Group-wide AI Governance model. /li liCoordinate and manage AI governance bodies, including agendas, materials, decisions, and follow-up actions. /li liOwn and maintain the global inventory of AI use cases, ensuring completeness, traceability, and lifecycle accuracy.



/li /ul h3AI Risk Use Case Management /h3 ul liDefine and coordinate AI use case risk assessments covering ethical, legal, operational, reputational, data, model, and cyber risks. /li liEnsure appropriate classification of AI use cases by criticality, lifecycle stage, impact, and risk level. /li liAct as a coordination point across Business, Data AI, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams. /li /ul h3Reporting Enablement /h3 ul liDefine KPIs and prepare AI Governance reporting for senior management. /li liSupport AI Adoption teams by ensuring governance requirements are embedded in delivery objectives. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU'LL BRING /h3 pOur people are our greatest strength. (Required) /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent in English is required. /li /ul h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liSolid experience in governance bodies, risk management, internal control, or technology governance frameworks.
