We are looking for a dedicated Car Return Agent to join our Network Stations team within the broader Operations function. As the primary point of contact for customers returning their vehicles, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships, inspecting vehicle conditions upon return, and ensuring the smooth collection of keys and finalization of the rental process. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liGreet and assist customers with professionalism and confidence when they return their vehicles /li liCheck a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily /li liIdentify and assess any potential new damage on vehicles, compiling necessary documentation for efficient evaluation /li liContribute to the Quality Control process to ensure fleet damage records are accurate and up to date /li liProvide excellent customer service during all customer interactions,
