You will guide each client through Stone Island's heritage and collections, developing a deep understanding of their needs and building long-term, sustainable relationships. /p pWorking together with the boutique team, you will contribute to both individual and collective performance, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liDeliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, building long-lasting relationships through effective clienteling and after-sales activities while creating a warm and welcoming environment. /li liAchieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing actively to the overall store performance. /li liSupport the implementation and maintenance of Moncler's visual merchandising standards, ensuring product replenishment and effective stock management in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.



/li liActively contribute to the preparation and execution of inventory activities. /li liCollaborate effectively with colleagues, bringing positive energy, enthusiasm, and a strong team spirit. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2-5 years of experience in sales roles; experience within structured luxury fashion or retail companies is considered a strong advantage. /li liInternational mindset and ability to work effectively with a diverse and international clientele. /li liPassion for retail, strong client orientation, and a commercially driven mindset. /li liExcellent understanding of the luxury market and strong product sensitivity. /li liOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills. /li liFluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in any additional language will be considered a plus. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liGross annual salary range: €24,000–€28,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. /li liSales commission scheme linked to store performance. /li liMeal vouchers provided for each worked day /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
