Experteer Overview
As a Product Manager in the Product Growth team, you drive the end-to-end customer journey inside the product, from trial to activation and self-serve expansion. You will shape how users experience Factorial and how AI assists learning, guidance, and onboarding in a B2B PLG context. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to scale acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion for thousands of companies. This role offers the chance to influence a fast-growing, AI-native product and contribute to a strategic PLG-driven growth phase. You will join a collaborative, proactive team focused on impactful, customer-centric outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and optimize the customer journey within the product, including trial experience, activation, onboarding, and self-serve expansion.
• Define and measure product-led growth initiatives to drive acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, CX, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.




• Influence AI-enabled UX and onboarding flows to improve user guidance and decision-making in a complex B2B product.
• Prioritize initiatives with an impact-driven, results-focused approach and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Proven growth experience and business acumen, with a track record of scaling products/businesses
• Excellent prioritization and execution abilities with cross-functional impact
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills; entrepreneurial or leadership background valued
• PLG experience in B2B, including trials, self-serve, onboarding or cross-selling initiatives
• AI-first mindset and ability to design products where AI reshapes workflows or interfaces
