- Management of personnel movements (registrations, modifications, incidents, cancellations)
- Payroll calculation and communication with official bodies
- Support and advice on labour procedures
- Client management at local level and monitoring of activity at corporate level (for international companies)
Requirements

- 0-3 years of relevant knowledge and/or experience in payroll management and labor law
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related field is valued
- A strong interest in HR,
especially in payroll management and employment legislation
- Solid analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools and applications
- A strong eagerness to learn, paired with a customer‑oriented mindset and high attention xqbhyrx to detail
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
