This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to business performance, and support key financial reporting and operational initiatives. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pReporting to the CFO/Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, month-end close activities, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. You will partner with operational leaders across the business to provide financial insights that drive informed decision‑making and improve business performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate the monthly financial close process /li liPrepare journals, accruals, prepayments and provisions /li liComplete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances /li liPrepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs for senior leadership and Group reporting /li liDeliver insightful financial analysis, KPI reporting and variance commentary /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities /li liAnalyse manufacturing costs, inventory movements, labour, material and overhead variances /li liAssist with inventory valuation,
