Experteer Overview
In this role you will onboard and enable clients to integrate Deel’s payroll and compliance platform into their operations. You’ll configure the platform to meet client needs, guide them through implementation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to delivery. You’ll drive successful deployments while prioritizing customer success and scalable implementations in a global context. This is an opportunity to shape how diverse organizations adopt Deel’s platform at scale.

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects to ensure a smooth transition to Deel’s platform
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and tailor Deel’s solutions
• Provide product expertise during implementation, including setup, integrations, and testing
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for seamless handoffs
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation
• Provide training and support to clients on using the platform
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and drive resolution
• Identify process improvements to increase implementation efficiency




• Capture client feedback and relay it to internal teams for product improvements
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining high client satisfaction

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or similar
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems
• Proven experience managing client relationships through implementation
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project management software (Asana, Jira)
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or on-site implementations (if applicable)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
