Experteer Overview
In this role you help maintain accurate financial records and processes within Freenow’s Finance team, supporting invoice processing, intercompany activity, and month-end tasks in a multinational setting. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant accounting and timely payments, contributing to reliable financial reporting. The position offers exposure to IFRS/GAAP principles and a dynamic, collaborative environment. You’ll join a diverse team that values excellence and positive, results-driven culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Post incoming invoices with proper account assignments under local GAAP and IFRS
• Create and post intercompany invoices
• Control invoice approver workflow for compliance
• Run and manage payments
• Book bank transactions
• Support month-end closing activities
• Maintain open debtor items
• Process customer feedback




• Verify employee travel expense reports for compliance
• Process and archive general accounting correspondence

Responsabilidades
• Relevant professional accounting experience
• Completed commercial education or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern IT systems
• Experience with accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Navision, Business Central)
• Ability to work collaboratively and quickly grasp new topics
• Good written and spoken German and English
