ppTaylor Hopkinson is supporting the search for a Senior Asset Manager on behalf of an international renewable energy company that develops, builds and operates utility-scale clean energy projects across Europe. The Senior Asset Manager will oversee the operational and commercial management of a portfolio of utility-scale photovoltaic plants. The position is responsible for ensuring that assets achieve the highest levels of availability, performance, regulatory compliance and financial returns while coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders. This is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with engineering, finance, legal, construction, energy management and HSE teams, as well as contractors, service providers and local authorities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the day-to-day technical and commercial performance of a portfolio of utility-scale solar PV assets. /liliMonitor plant performance, availability and operational KPIs, ensuring optimal asset efficiency. /liliCoordinate OM contractors and external service providers, overseeing maintenance activities and contract performance. /liliLead the resolution of technical issues, warranty claims and asset optimisation initiatives. /liliSupport financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, operational reporting and cost control. /liliManage relationships with utilities, grid operators, lenders,



landowners and other key stakeholders. /liliEnsure compliance with regulatory, environmental and health safety requirements. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise asset value throughout the operational lifecycle. /liliSupport the management of agrivoltaic operations and BESS assets where applicable. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliSignificant experience managing utility-scale solar PV assets, within the Italian renewable energy market. /liliStrong understanding of electrical infrastructure, including HV/MV/LV systems, substations, inverters and SCADA platforms. /liliExperience managing external contractors and technical service providers. /liliKnowledge of asset optimisation strategies, maintenance planning and warranty management. /liliCommercial awareness with experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting and operational performance analysis. /liliGood understanding of regulatory frameworks, grid operations and HSE requirements within the renewable energy sector. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliStrong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, prioritise actions and improve asset performance. /liliPrevious experience with agrivoltaic projects is considered a plus. /liliFull professional proficiency in both English and Italian. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
