As Functional Lead for eCare, you drive Salesforce-based case management innovations at AXA Partners. You lead a integral Business Analyst team to design scalable, user-friendly solutions that streamline workflows across geographies. You shape requirements, validate designs, and champion Agile DevOps practices to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You’ll collaborate across IT, product, and development teams to balance business value with technical feasibility, while growing user adoption and platform value.

• Lead and mentor the Business Analyst team to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions for eCare
• Analyze complex workflows across geographies to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Gather, clarify, and document detailed business requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable Salesforce designs using standard features where possible
• Oversee solution design and validate technical specifications against business expectations
• Promote Agile DevOps practices and foster transparent, iterative delivery

• Provide guidance to development teams during implementation and troubleshooting
• Coordinate thorough testing with business users and ensure readiness before production
• Monitor KPIs (capacity, velocity, story points, defect rates, burndown) to manage risk and drive improvement
• Identify quick wins to accelerate time-to-market while upholding quality
• Proactively propose platform enhancements and best practices to increase strategic value of eCare
• Lead change management, including user training and adoption strategies
• Foster cross-geography collaboration and knowledge sharing with a customer-centric approach

Responsabilidades
