Experteer Overview
In this role you oversee Agilent’s Managed PKI services and Prisma Access Browser deployment to support secure, scalable identity and access. You’ll manage end-to-end certificate lifecycle, cloud HSM, and provisioning with external suppliers, while driving automation and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to broader authentication services across AD, Entra ID, Intune, and automation efforts. This position combines security operations with strategic IAM initiatives in a global IT context.

• Own end-to-end MPKI service management: certificate enrollment, lifecycle, cloud HSM, provisioning
• Manage MPKI vendor relationships and ensure SLAs, security standards, and compliance
• Oversee outsourced MPKI operations for smooth delivery
• Maintain compliant provisioning/deprovisioning processes
• Administer automated and exception-based certificate enrollment
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across certificate lifecycle
• Serve as service owner for Prisma Access Browser deployment and policy maintenance
• Configure and maintain PAB access, data-control policies, and threat protections
• Enforce sign-in and access policies with real-time device posture integration
• Monitor adoption, troubleshoot issues, and improve policy coverage and user experience
• Collaborate across Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and IAM initiatives
• Participate in IAM strategy development, implementation, and operations
• Coordinate with Security, End-User Computing, and IT teams on vendor management and stakeholder alignment
Responsabilidades
• 7 years of experience with Managed Public Key Infrastructure
• Experience with DigiCert platform preferred
• Solid understanding of Entra ID and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for certificate delivery
• Proven experience managing outsourced suppliers against SLAs and compliance
• Understanding of testing and development methodologies
• Experience with general IT infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of security best practices across initiatives
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
