Retake is part of Codeway Group, a leading European consumer app company. /p h3Role /h3 pAs a Growth Manager at Codeway, you will own end‑to‑end campaign execution, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale the brand and product. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liOwn end‑to‑end campaign execution, planning, launching, and optimising user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms. /li liDrive creative testing, collaborating with designers and copywriters to develop ad concepts, test hypotheses, and scale high‑performing ideas. /li liAnalyse, learn, and scale by building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and unlocking new growth opportunities based on data. /li liCollaborate across teams, partnering with product, design, and data to understand user behaviour and devise growth strategies. /li liInnovate fearlessly, experimenting with new channels, creative formats, and campaign ideas.
