Keep reading! /b /ppbHow will you contribute to PropHero? /b /ppYour main mission is to split your time across two areas of Finance: bBusiness Analytics Reporting /b, working closely with our Senior Finance Analyst, and bday-to-day invoicing /b and controlling, working with the Invoicing Treasury team— ensuring our financial and corporate records stay accurate and audit-ready. /ppbYour contributions will be essential in helping us scale. Here's how you can make a difference: /b /pullibHelp prepare financial reports /b, such as balance sheets, income statements, and gross margin analysis, using bookkeeping software. /lilibSupport day-to-day invoicing /b across the renovation area. /lilibSupport reconciliation of client payment records /b and consolidated PL / Balance Sheet data across the group.



/lilibAssist with banking relationship management /b, including account opening files, authorization documents, and correspondence with banking contacts. /lilibSupport international portfolio operations in Indonesia and Bali /b, including quarterly reporting, reconciliation, and coordination with local finance contacts. /lilibAssist with ad hoc financial and productivity analysis /b across departments, including data organization and visualization in Excel. /lilibAssist with Cashflow and PL forecasting /b, and support monthly closings. /lilibHelp identify opportunities to streamline administrative and accounting workflows /b through continuous improvement. /li /ulpbWhat will make you successful with us? /b /pullibExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /b – we're a close-knit team, and collaboration is key. /lilibStrong attention to detail /b – entity administration and banking documentation leave no room for error. /lilibAnalytical mindset with strong technical abilities /b to tackle complex financial problems. /lilibKnowledge of Microsoft Excel; /b knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, Word, and PowerPoint would be a plus. /lilibYou have completed a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics /b(mandatory) and/or Masters. /lilibBased in Madrid or Valencia, with availability to work in a hybrid format /b (a mix of in-office and remote). /li /ulpbWhat can we offer you:
